30th Anniversary of the 911 1993

30th Anniversary of the 911 1993

RARE Porsche factory commemorative badge for the 30th anniversary of the 911. The Sternfahrt ("Star" rallye) was held June 10-13. It doesn't show well in the scan but this piece is a deep black, an uncommon color in the badge makers palatte. Never mounted, but there is a surface scratch to the left of the Porsche crest. Hard to see outside of arms length and not deep in the enamel, it looks worse in the scan than it is in person. 107MM (~ 4 1/4") in length. Excellent to near mint condition. Wappen Reu makers mark.

50th Anniversary of Porsche 356 Registry West Coast Holiday 1998

1998 356 Registry West Coast Holiday badge celebrating Porsche's 50th anniversary. Quite an event! It's difficult to imagine 400 cars on the Concours field, but it definitely happened. The run on this badge was 200 pieces and all were numbered. They sold out early and there were more than a few disappointed attendees who missed the boat. This piece is #014 and was undoubtedly purchased by one of the even organizers. 91MM (~ 3 5/8") in diameter. Mint condition.
